Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Physicians to work in a Correctional facility in Dillwyn, VA. The Physician is requested to provide services in specialized areas such as emergency medicine, surgery, etc.
Pay Rate-
125-134 / hr
Shift : (M-F 8A-430P)
Job Description :
- Physicians shall provide high-quality services.
- Provide and manage medical healthcare services for the patient / youth
- Physician shall adhere to the facility’s medical staff by-laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and comply with universal infection control precautions.
- Physician shall be skilled in the preparation of written clinical review documents.
- Perform medical procedures as necessary
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
- Maintain confidential patient medical records
