Experience with class size 4-5 students (8th-10th grade students); multiple paras provide classroom supportFunctional Academics / Life SkillsSome students are non-verbalAll students have IEPs and BIPsMonthly field trips into the communityRequirements :
2-3 ReferencesLBS1 teaching certificateAssist with toileting for two students as needed (Para handles this majority of time, but teacher should be willing)Experience teaching students with significant autismStrong interpersonal and communication skills.A commitment to providing student-centered care.Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.Who are we?
