Assistant Clinical Service Director
HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening as an Assistant Clinical Service Director with a major healthcare organization in Amityville, NY
Daily Responsibilities for the Assistant Clinical Service Director:
- In collaboration with the Clinical/Center Service Director, oversees the day-to-day operations of interdisciplinary teams, participant care, and regulatory compliance across various care settings, including the LHCSA, Day Health Center, and Diagnostic & Treatment Center. Responsibilities include leading care planning meetings, ensuring accurate and timely participant documentation, monitoring outcomes, and implementing training to enhance team performance and service quality. Additionally, they manage operational metrics, address grievances, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives to optimize care delivery and participant satisfaction
- Shift
- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Required Qualifications for the Assistant Clinical Service Director:
- Clear and active RN license in New York State
- 3 years of recent CHHA Experience
- 3 years of leading a team of RN's
