- Respond to member/provider calls
- Primarily working with Medicaid members
- Ability to work onsite and in office
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with computers (dual screens) and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc. required
- Ability to multitask
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Advocate I:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 years of call center customer service experience or 2 years of customer service experience required
