HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Washington State.
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
- Inbound call center, some outbound: Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
- Average: 40-50 inbound calls per day, preferably each call under 9 minutes
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
- 1 years of healthcare experience required
- Reliable internet (Can’t have T-mobile, isn’t compatible with their systems)
- MUST be located in Washington
- COVID vaccine required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
Preferred Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
- Bilingual is highly preferred. Biggest need is Spanish but also looking for Russian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Chinese, Vietnamese.
