HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Delivery Dispatcher to fill an opening in Morton Grove, Illinois.
Daily Responsibilities for Delivery Dispatcher:
- Assist other delivery personnel with map reading and routing techniques.
- Confer with customers and team members to resolve questions, problems and requests (i.e. calls from nurses, patients, NOHs, address changes).
- Data Entry (i.e. vehicle maintenance, customer information).
- Facilitate out of town shipments/UPS.
- Report procedural errors and inappropriate behavior to managers.
- Advise team members and coordinate accident protocol/procedures.
- Quality control of same day deliveries (bin transfer).
- Mon-Fri 11am-7pm and every 3rd Saturday
- Ability to use OnePoint Patient Care and Microsoft Office computer applications.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
