Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Practitioner:
- Providing home visits to patients of all ages
- Performing comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses
- 10 hour shifts
- Current unrestricted state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
