Daily Responsibilities for Mail Production Specialist:
- Sort through all received mail, prioritizing & working per department standards; distribute returned mail to appropriate department ensuring timelines are met; ensure outgoing mail for the day gets sent; organize and maintain clean mailroom; ensure no breaches of PHI; collaborate with outside departments.
- Work hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Required Qualifications for Mail Production Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of experience working in mail production facility or working with mail in general
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
- Independent worker- the work is monotonous
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills
