Daily Responsibilities for Hybrid Pharmacy Credentialing Specialist:
- The Credentialing Specialist position is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions that encompass the administration and fulfillment of the pharmacy recredentialing activities.
- Responsibilities may include reviewing pharmacy submissions, primary source verification, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of recredentialing records, respond to pharmacy questions, provide pharmacies with technical support related to online questionnaire submission, issue research and resolution.
- Data Entry of credentialing status and key details
- Verify and document status of pharmacy credentials from primary source.
- Pharmacy communication and issue resolution via phone, email, and or BizFax.
- Perform related duties as directed.
- The shifts for the position: Monday, to Friday, 8am toi5 pm AZ Time
- This is a 6-month contract position
- 1 year of pharmacy credentialing experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Qualtrics, Phloot, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, & Word
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a concise professional manner.
- High data entry accuracy rate & speed
