HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a large Healthcare Network in Grand Forks, MN.
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:
- The RSD plays a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of the nursing staff as well as supervision of resident assessments, evaluation of care, hiring and training, and ongoing clinical education of staff.
- Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm (On-call split with Clinical Director – No on-call overnight or weekends!)
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Personable, customer service oriented, and passion for leadership in nursing
Preferred Qualifications for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:
- BSN
- Geriatrics, Dementia, or ALF experience
