Senior UAS Assessor
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior UAS Assessor: to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company in the Finger Lakes region.
Daily Responsibilities for Senior UAS Accessor:
- Work with members, caregivers, or providers to gather information about their situation, available support, and what services they need to create a personalized care plan.
- Schedule Monday - Friday - No weekends!
Required Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:
- NY State RN License
- 1 years of Field Home Health/Homecare experience
- Drivers license and access to vehicle
Preferred Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:
- Experience performing UAS Assessments
- Bilingual in Russian, Spanish, or Mandarin/Cantonese
- BSN preferred
- No Weekends!
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401(k) with Matching!
- PTO & Paid Holidays
Pay Details: $$73,800 - $103,500 plus mileage reimbursement
