Job Description
Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
Outbound calls to a list of members which is provided daily. Objective is to verifying if the member is truly is a member. Candidates need to be comfortable reading, memorizing a script over time, as well as speaking and typing. The script is a list of questions and as the customer answers the agent is expected to input the customer’s response and answers into system.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
High School Diploma/GED
Bilingual English/Spanish
CSR/Call center experience
Healthcare experience: Preferred but not a must
