HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Washington State.
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote :
- Inbound call center, some outbound : Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
- Average : 40-50 inbound calls per day, preferably each call under 9 minutes
