Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care (Part-Time):
- The Field NP completes patient visits in their home based on need in Daytona and some surrounding areas in Volusia County
- Delivers basic and advanced wound care services
- Scheduled 2 days per week – Make your own schedule based on patient need
- Graduate of accredited NP program
- Licensed RN in Florida
- Certified by ANCC/AANP
- Must have in-home care experience
- Must have basic wound care experience and willing to be trained in advanced wound care
- 6% matching on 401k
- 7 national holiday and 15 PTO days
- CEU Reimbursement
- Liability Insurance for NPs
- Full health benefits starting day 1 for Full Time employees – this role has the opportunity to expand into full time when patient census increases
