About the Position
- Work as a full-time RN Home Health with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care

- Provide hands-on care and support to patients in their homes
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patients' requirements
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive weekly compensation rate: $2,121.88 (including a stipend)
- Local hourly rate: $51.44 - $52.44 per hour
- 36 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules
Qualifications and Requirements
- A valid active RN license
- At least one year of experience in Home Health or a related field
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
