Description: This role is for a local contract nurse with expertise in Hospice Palliative Care, to be based in Belleville, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals requiring Hospice Palliative services.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
Requirements:
- Skillset: Hospice Palliative Care RN
- Discipline: RN
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Local Contract
- Duration: 13 weeks, with possibility to extend
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
