Job Description for Licensed Clinical Social Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team for a 13-week contract position in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acute care adult hospital case management services
- Floating policy applies, with exceptions for trauma cases
- Maintain knowledge of Hospital DC planning/execution and MDR or IDT processes
Mandatory requirements include experience with MIDAS/Meditech, PASRR, and Navihealth systems. Additionally, candidates must be licensed in the state of Florida and have strong patient experience skills.
