HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery - RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Amityville, NY!
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery - RN
- Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses / UAS
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- LTC coordination, meeting with interdisciplinary team, and reviewing nurse notes for any deficiencies and discussing case load.
- Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Details : $120,000 - $125,000 Annually
