HealthCare Support is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS to fill an opening with a growing Managed Care Organization in New Jersey!
Daily Responsibilities for Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS :
- Oversee data compilation, review, and analysis for Quality Management programs, including HEDIS and Medicare Star, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the enterprise, managing technical solutions for NCQA accreditation and CMS Star programs.
- Lead and develop staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence.
- Monitor data validity and integrity, identifying technical issues and implementing process improvements to enhance quality reporting and compliance
- 100% Remote
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience instead of a degree
- 4 years of experience in data reporting
- Must have SAS and/or SQL experience
- Must have Medicare STARS/CMS Regulatory experience
- Experience with NCQA and HEDIS
- Requires experience with effective/skillful project execution
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- SAS certification preferred
- Medical, dental, and vision plans

- $108,000 - $140,000 annually up to 10% potential bonus
