Medical Assistant / MA
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Assistant / MA to fill an opening in Jamestown, New York.
Pay Details : $ 22 to $24 per hour
Shift Details : Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Assistant / MA :
Back-office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, socking rooms, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws and injections (please put how many sticks per day they've have done in the past)
This a is with Jamestown Medical Oncology and Hematology. (https : / / www.roswellpark.org / locations / jamestown-medical-oncology-hematology) with 5 providers.
Our state-of-the-art facility offers an on-site chemotherapy infusion center, convenient for our patients in Chautauqua County. Required Qualifications for Medical Assistant / MA :
2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant within a clinic setting experienced in back desk duties
Phlebotomy and injection experience (please put sticks per day they are comfortable on resume)
Long tenures in job history (at least 1-2 jobs with 1.5-2 years tenure)
Preferred Requirements for Medical Assistant / MA :
Oncology experience
