Regional Medical Director - Physician
HealthCare Support seeks a Regional Medical Director - Physician to fill a new opening with a growing Managed Long Term Care Organization in New York, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Director - Physician :
Provide clinical coverage for episodic care and care planning as needs arise
Oversee assigned Day Treatment Centers / PACE Centers
Engage in multidisciplinary team activities, such as case conferences, hospitalization reports, and family or team meetings
Ensure adequate staffing and provider coverage to meet the needs of all sites, including call schedule development
Lead medical care and treatment, with primary responsibility for overseeing and supporting the care the interdisciplinary team provides
Develop and oversee the delivery of ambulatory medical services
Monday- Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; 100% onsite with possible travel as needed
Required Qualifications for Medical Director - Physician :
Current active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
3 years of staff supervision experience
3 years of experience in value-based organizations, advanced primary care, startups, or managed care
Experience managing Provider Groups

300,000 - $320,000 annually annual bonus, based on performance
