Healthcare Support Travel Nurse RN Home Health Hospice Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Home Health Hospice to join our team in Cottonwood, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the home health and hospice setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Arizona or Compact State
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Home Hospice
- Proven experience with HCHB charting and IDG meetings/notes
- Able to work 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift
