Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for compact licensure
- Experience working in dialysis or nephrology preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
