Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in dialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligible for temporary licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in a dialysis setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
