Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:
- Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team; appropriately handle customer complaints and direct
- Provide patient education
- Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical software
- 2 years retail experience
- Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage
- 401k with match
- $6,000 annual incentive bonus based on store performance
