Daily Responsibilities for the Regional Technologist Manager – Greater Orlando Area:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned modalities, including care delivery, staff management, equipment oversight, and performance improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational service standards
- Recruit, onboard, and manage staff, including technologists and TAs, ensuring competency, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and fostering professional development
- Optimize staff scheduling, manage PTO, overtime, and payroll submissions to ensure proper coverage while meeting operational expectations and maintaining budgetary goals
- Collaborate with leadership, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to address patient concerns, disciplinary actions, and continuous staff training, maintaining a positive, patient-focused environment
- High School Diploma
- Must have certification ARMRIT or ARRT MR and/or CT
- Requires registration as Radiologic Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
- 3 years health care supervisory experience or 5 years of progressive relevant experience with demonstrated success and leadership skills
- Valid “hands-on” CPR certification
