Daily Responsibilities for Remote Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator:
- Collect and process medical records from our providers and coordinate chart collection with vendors. Majority of the day will be customer service-oriented phone outreach to provider groups.
- We are a cohesive team that provides stability. We network with our providers and team.
- In a remote setting we provide an open-door concept as well as partnerships and team collaboration.
- Working M-F 8am-5pm EST.
Required Qualifications for Remote Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience of HEDIS chart retrieval and requesting records from providers offices from a MCO or 3rd party company
- HEDIS experience needs to be recent, within the last few years
- High call volume experience - must be comfortable being on calls 90% of their day
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Preferred Qualifications for Remote Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience from MCO preferred
- billing/coding experience
