Field RN Supervisor
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field RN Supervisor :
to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare companyin New York, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Field RN Supervisor :
- Work in collaboration with primary care physicians to ensure proper oversight and coordination of patient care
- Work with the physician to coordinate and support the participant's functional, clinical, and psychosocial needs, with an emphasis on independence and wellness
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
