Required Qualifications for this RN Hospice Case Manager Role:

• Appropriate licensure within the state
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Traveler Compensation: $ 2593.2 gross weekly (includes weekly stipend of $ 1568)
• Local Hourly Rate: $ 57.57 to $ 58.57 an hour
• Number of Shifts Weekly: 5
