RN Manager / Senior Living
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Manager / Senior Living to fill an opening with a large Healthcare Network in Blaine, MN.
Daily Responsibilities for RN Manager / Senior Living :
The RN Manager / Senior Living will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff alongside the facility director - includes staffing, coaching, and new hire training.
This RN Manager / Senior Living plays a vital role in providing clinical oversight of resident care plans, assessing current and prospective residents, and ensuring that the delivery of care meets expectations
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
On-call once every 4 weeks for staffing calls only but scheduler is always reached out first! Required Qualifications for RN Manager / Senior Living :
Active RN license in Minnesota and / or compact license
Previous experience supervising staff
Geriatrics, dementia, and / or assisted living experience
Preferred Qualifications for RN Manager / Senior Living :
Leadership experience
Assisted Living / LTC experience

Pay Details : $68,000 - $79,560 plus a $5,000 sign on bonus!
