Daily Responsibilities for Senior Executive Director, Senior Living:
- Responsible for all operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members
- Assess local market and develop and implement business plan to become highest performing senior living community in the area
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with management team and encourage teamwork and collaboration
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years of operational leadership experience within Senior Living or LTC
- 3 years of successful sales experience in a related industry
- Must have a valid administrator license in Delaware
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use
