HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Executive Director, Senior Living to fill an opening with one of the nation's largest healthcare organizations here in Hockessin, DE.
Daily Responsibilities for Senior Executive Director, Senior Living :
Responsible for all operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members
Assess local market and develop and implement business plan to become highest performing senior living community in the area
Build and maintain strong working relationships with management team and encourage teamwork and collaboration
Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Required Qualifications for Senior Executive Director, Senior Living :
Bachelor's Degree required
5 years of operational leadership experience within Senior Living or LTC
3 years of successful sales experience in a related industry
Must have a valid administrator license in Delaware
Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business use Benefits for Senior Executive Director, Senior Living :
