Job Details
This is a full-time travel assignment that requires a skilled and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). You will work in a hospital-based position, supporting patients and their families through challenging times. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), be licensed in MD, and have recent hospital-based experience.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements
