Certified Surgical Technologist Job Description
Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract located in Midlothian, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures as a certified member of the surgical team.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare patients for surgery by explaining the procedure and positioning them on the operating table.
- Pass instruments to surgeons and assist with suturing and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Appropriate licensure within the state.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- At least one year of applicable experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
Travel Details:
- Traveler compensation: $2269.6 gross weekly (includes weekly stipend of $1246).
- Number of shifts weekly: 5.
- Expected weekly hours: 40.
