About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to fill a 13-week contract as a Chronic Dialysis RN in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
