Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Home Health
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Home Health to join our team for a 10-week contract located in Beech Grove, Indiana.
Job Description:
- Skillset: Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, assessing patients' health needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve their health outcomes
- Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, collaborate with healthcare teams, and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Flexibility: Work a 12-hour shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
