- Provide expert physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving overall health
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current PT license
- New grads accepted
