Daily Responsibilities for Wound Care Case Manager / Registered Nurse:
- The case manager will work closely with NPs and providers in overseeing an assigned panel of wound care patients, ensuring appropriate and ongoing care planning
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- In-office position
Required Qualifications for Wound Care Case Manager / Registered Nurse:
- Active RN License in Florida
- 2 years of case management experience
- At least one year of experience as a wound care nurse
