Our client is actively seeking an experienced onsite Program Director Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide exceptional care in a postacute care facility.
- Provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients recovering from surgery illness or injury.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize recovery and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists nurses and case managers.
- Evaluate and manage pain mobility and function in patients with complex medical needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Treatment for spasticity or pain that limits function
- Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
- Provide medication management with the goal of reducing opioid use through the use of alternative medication and modalities
- Educate staff on the rehabilitation process
- Provide joint and trigger point injections
- Additional Program Director responsibilities

Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Experience in post-acute or inpatient rehabilitation care is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Valid medical license in TN or eligibility to obtain.
