As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for business development by contacting leadership within the OEM's, Third-Party ISO's and Hospitals across the U.S. selling our Interim Staffing and Direct-Hire placement services.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE?
- Make outbound phone calls, texts and emails to to decision-makers and present the HCT menu of services.
- Develop strong business relationships with hiring managers.
- Stay in contact on a consistent basis with new client prospects until new contract is signed.
- Continue to sell the benefits of using HCT Staffing services over their current staffing vendors.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Production-driven mindset who can meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED?
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a high level of competitive spirit, drive, intuitiveness, ambition to succeed, leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and self-motivation. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability to learn. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success oriented mentality.
You need to have a willingness to work harder than your friends and be flexible to relocate to Tampa for promotion and financial opportunity. Must be willing and able to work 8am-6pm out of our home office.
What are the compensation and benefits?
We offer a competitive l base salary with an aggressive unlimited commission plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401K to name just a few of our generous perks that every team member receives. As a top performer at HCT Staffing, you will have an uncapped earning potential as your office excels at providing great customer satisfaction to our client companies and job seekers. First year targeted income is between $65,000-$90,000 and Third-year targeted income is between $100,00-$135,000.
