Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary teams at highly regarded senior living communities in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, metropolitan area. This OTA will work with diverse populations – including rehab to home, long term care and assisted living -- addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.
· This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday,
· Competitive hourly rate and compensation package.
· Specific building assignment(s) to be determined based on caseloads and staffing.
· Position may cover one or more buildings. If multiple buildings, drive time and mileage between buildings is compensated.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
