Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Senior Living Community
Location: Northwest Indianapolis, near Zionsville
Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday)

We provide a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to help improve the quality of life for our senior residents. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work with a diverse population of residents, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, providing opportunities for both professional growth and meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and delivering individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists.
- Support residents in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving mobility and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Requirements
Applicants must have active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist assistant education program and subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam to obtain licensure or certification required by the state.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
