HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in Owensboro, KY.
This PTA will provide treatments at two local facilities located within just a few miles of each other. The primary facility is a senior living community offering skilled nursing and long-term care where the PTA will join forces with our enthusiastic team working in a well-equipped therapy gym. The secondary facility, specializing in dementia related diagnoses, offers an enjoyable work environment for someone who likes to collaborate with a great team and solve problems to make a positive impact on residents’ lives. When needed, this PTA will also provide coverage at a nearby community-based senior care center offering innovative support and care.
· Full-Time position at 30 - 40 hours per week.
· Flexible Monday – Friday schedule.

Active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
Active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license – or willingness to acquire Indiana license – is a plus!

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
