Description
HTS is now seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team at an outpatient therapy department located inside of a continuing care retirement community in Richmond, Indiana. This is a consistent PRN position of 15 to 20 hours per week. The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes, discharges and treat patients 2 or 3 flexible days per week. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
