HTS is currently hiring Physical Therapists to join our teams at top-rated continuing care retirement communities in South Bend, Goshen, and Winona Lake, IN. This role involves primarily conducting evaluations, supervisory visits, recertifications, and discharges, along with providing skilled treatments. The position offers the flexibility to choose between Full-Time or Part-Time work.
Choose the work experience that suits you best!
- Full-Time: A choice of two facilities, with compensated drive time and mileage between locations.
- Part-Time: Cover one of the three facilities.
Position Details:
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.
- Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week, with three flexible days per week.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
