HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Owensboro, KY. This will be a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week. This PT will complete evaluations, recertifications, discharges, etc., in addition to providing treatments, at two local facilities located within just a few miles of each other.

The primary facility is a senior living community offering skilled nursing and long-term care where the PT will join forces with our enthusiastic team working in a well-equipped therapy gym. The secondary facility, specializing in dementia related diagnoses, offers an enjoyable work environment for someone who likes to collaborate with a great team and solve problems to make a positive impact on residents’ lives. When needed, this PT will also be backup at a nearby community-based senior care center offering innovative support and care.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
