Description
HTS is currently seeking Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team on a PRN basis at a continuing care retirement facility located in Franklin, Indiana. As a PT or PTA, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, completing recertifications, progress notes, and discharges or treating patients on an as-needed, PRN basis. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.
Other PRN needs in the area: HTS services home health patients in Marion, Johnson, Bartholomew, Shelby, Morgan, and surrounding counties.
Other HTS locations with PRN needs located in Rushville, Columbus.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
