HTS is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a continuing care retirement facility in Goshen, Indiana. This SLP will cover evaluations/screens and follow-up treatments. This is a full-time position at 30 to 40 hours per week, and hours may be supplemented at other facilities as schedule allows.

Requirements
Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
