HTS is now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy teams at two continuing care retirement communities in Louisville, KY. This is an as needed, PRN position. The SLP will conduct evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes and discharges as well as provide skilled patient treatments. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred as coverage needs are typically due to vacations and planned time off.

Requirements
Applicants must have active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
