Job Summary
This is an ideal opportunity for a PTA looking to work in a diverse caseload from multiple levels of care. Our community has received a Five-Star Rating from Medicare and provides a flexible work schedule with the option to choose between Full-Time or Part-Time.
- Part-Time: Work at our primary building in Warren, IN, treating patients in a supportive environment.
- Full-Time: Supplement your hours by treating patients at our secondary facility in Bluffton, IN, with compensated drive time and mileage between locations.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana license. This includes graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, passing a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
